Jackson Broadwater is an educator and multi-instrumentalist who has been performing across the Midwest for the past 8 years. While studying with an all-star faculty at UMKC featuring Bobby Watson, Stan Kessler, and Dan Thomas, Jackson became entrenched in the KC music scene. Fluent in a diverse array of styles ranging from Jazz, Rock, Pop, and Mariachi, Jackson brings a natural sense of musicality to each gig he plays. You can see him performing with Mariachi Estrella KC on Friday nights at Manny’s or in local rock clubs with the group Jolson and the Fear of Snakes. When wearing his teaching cap, Jackson weaves music theory and fundamentals into every student’s unique repertoire, keeping an eye on the future while the student enjoys the present.
