Tricia Weaver, Lead Guide - Primary

Tricia joined Clay-Platte in May of 2025 and serves as a Lead Guide in one of our Primary classrooms for children ages 3 to 6. She brings a warm, thoughtful presence to our community and has a deep appreciation for the Montessori approach, supporting children as they learn and grow at their own individual pace.

Outside the classroom, Tricia enjoys reading—especially true crime—and brings that same curiosity and love of learning into her work with children. She is especially drawn to the mixed-age Montessori environment, where children learn from one another and build confidence through leadership and collaboration. Tricia values Montessori’s emphasis on hands-on materials and real-life skills, and is continually inspired by the growth, independence, and capability she sees in children each day.
