Shannon Wheeler, Head of Marketing and Student Support

Shannon Wheeler brings a passion for education, student support, and community-building to her role as Head of Marketing & Student Support at Clay-Platte Montessori & Farm School KC.

Before joining Clay-Platte, Shannon spent many years in higher education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, working in student affairs, advising, recruitment, admissions, marketing, and student support. She is passionate about helping students and families feel welcomed, connected, and supported throughout their educational journey.

At Clay-Platte, Shannon leads marketing and communications while supporting enrollment, family engagement, and the student and family experience. She is excited to share the unique story of Montessori and Farm School education and help families discover the Clay-Platte community.
